Williamson's BrokerCheck describes the allegations as follows: "A Bankers Life & Casualty Company (BLC) Agent, received a call from a BLC client inquiring about a unauthorized withdrawal in the amount of $248 that was for a BLC Policy. BLC investigated the matter and determined that Mr. Williamson forged the client's signature. Mr. Williamson was suspended April 10th, pending the review and was subsequently discharged on May 3, 2024."
While Williamson had no customer complaints reported on his/her BrokerCheck report at the time of the reported separation, employment separation after allegations is a concerning disclosure in the securities brokerage industry.
