$25,580,720 Contingent Income Auto-Callable Securities Based on the Performance of the Common Stock of Citigroup Inc. due January 13, 2023, priced on January 10, 2020, were issued by Barclays Bank PLC. The pricing supplement for this note (CUSIP: 06747E153) can be found here.

The notes had a $10 face value and paid a quarterly coupon of $0.22, so long as the notes had not been called and and Citigroup all closed above 75% of their January 10, 2020 closing prices on a determination date. If and Citigroup closed below 75% of their January 10, 2020 closing prices on a determination date, the notes did not pay a coupon.

If not previously called, at maturity, the notes returned $10 in principal if and Citigroup all closed on the final determination date on January 10, 2023 and above 75% of their January 10, 2020 closing prices. If on January 10, 2023 and Citigroup closed below 75% of their January 10, 2020 closing prices, the notes paid reduced principal euqal to $10 multiplied by the lowest ratio of and Citigroup January 10, 2023 closing prices to their January 10, 2020 closing prices.

The notes have matured. They paid two coupons totaling $1.10 and $6.08 repayment per $10 note. Investors thus suffered capital losses of $3.92 and net losses of $2.82. In the aggregate, investors in this note suffered $10,025,706 in capital losses and $7,211,826 in net losses. See Table 1 and Figure 1.
